Welcome to Journeyland. My name is Laura, I currently work for a furniture retailer in Sydney that supplies high-end, authentic design solutions to the Australian marketplace.

 

I live in a small three bedroom rental house in the delightful Sydney suburb of Balmain with my husband Patric, toddler son Arthur and baby girl Spencer . This presents its fair share of limitations and attempting to find innovative ways to increase space is a priority.

 

I am currently in the process of studying to become a qualified Interior Stylist and this blog is an opportunity for me to share that design journey with you as well as some bits and pieces about my family and life as a renter that cares about design in Sydney.
